Dec 17, 2022 路 To make Boba, combine 8 cups of water with the dry tapioca pearls. Allow it to cook for 6-8 minutes on medium-high heat. After a few minutes, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Once tapioca pearls are floating on the surface of boiling water, they should be removed from the boiling water. To make a strong tea, use about a teaspoon of loose leaves, or two to three bags, per cup. Then, add milk and/or sugar to taste. I usually add just enough dairy to make my drink opaque. .
